This statement follows current U.S. Department of Justice guidance on web accessibility while avoiding an unsupported claim of certified WCAG conformance.

3. No unverified conformance claim
This statement does not claim that the website has passed an independent WCAG audit or achieved a particular conformance level unless such an audit and result have actually occurred. Accessibility is treated as an ongoing process rather than a one-time certification.
