2. No guaranteed commercial results
Demeric Forge can develop and improve websites, but does not guarantee revenue, lead volume, conversion rates, search rankings, traffic, customer acquisition, sales volume or other business outcomes. Those results depend on factors beyond the development work itself.
3. Search engines and advertising platforms
Search engines and advertising platforms can change algorithms, indexing practices, eligibility rules and ranking systems without notice. Technical website improvements do not guarantee a particular search position or advertising result.
4. Hosting, uptime and infrastructure
Website availability may depend on hosting providers, domain services, content delivery networks, e-commerce platforms, applications and other third parties. Continuous uninterrupted uptime cannot be guaranteed when availability depends on systems outside Demeric Forge's control.
5. Browser and device differences
Responsive development is intended to support commonly used modern browsers and screen sizes, but rendering can vary among browsers, devices, operating systems, accessibility settings, user-installed extensions and future software versions.
6. Third-party software and integrations
Themes, plugins, applications, APIs, libraries, payment providers and other integrations may have limitations, licensing conditions or updates outside Demeric Forge's control. A third-party update can alter behavior after a project has been completed.
7. Changes after delivery
Changes made by a client, employee, contractor, application or other third party after delivery may affect layout, performance, compatibility, security or functionality. Demeric Forge is not responsible for changes outside the agreed maintenance or support scope.
8. Security limitations
Reasonable development and security practices can reduce risk, but no website, application, hosting system or internet-connected service can be represented as completely secure against every vulnerability, outage, credential compromise or attack.
9. Client-supplied content
Clients remain responsible for the accuracy, legality and rights associated with content they provide for publication, including business claims, product information, prices, trademarks, photographs, customer data and regulatory disclosures.
10. Legal and compliance matters
Demeric Forge provides web development services and does not provide legal, tax, accounting, compliance or regulatory advice. A client should consult an appropriately qualified professional when its website must satisfy industry-specific legal or regulatory obligations.
11. Accessibility
